Our Process
1.
Understand
We start by asking the questions to help identify the needs and constraints of a problem. Researching the problem for a deep understanding falls next.
2.
Imagine
We brainstorm solutions and challenge the status quo. To continue, we create a framework to guide our path to a complete solution to help our end user.
3.
Create
We build a prototype, plain and simple. Thorough testing and evaluation of the prototype follows.
4.
Improve
We then implement and iterate, redesign as needed and continue to design improvements and expand as needed. As always, we begin to ask questions again.
